Chicken Parmigiana
Chicken Parmigiana Serve this chicken parmigiana with tossed greens and your favorite pasta for a very pleasant dinner for two.

Ingredients Chicken Parmigiana
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 ounces dry bread crumbs
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- ¾ (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

Assemble the components. Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Grease a medium baking sheet just a little bit.

Put the bread crumbs in a different shallow bowl and pour the egg into a small shallow bowl. Coat the chicken by dipping it in the bread crumbs and then the egg, and then place it on the baking sheet that has been prepared.

Bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until the juices run clear and the food is no longer pink. Take it out of the oven.

Put half of the spaghetti sauce in a baking dish that is 7 by 11 inches. After placing the chicken breasts on top of the sauce, cover with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.

Keep baking for another 20 minutes or more, or until the cheeses have melted and the food is thoroughly cooked.
