Bellini Peach Raspberry Iced Tea

Every time I visit Olive Garden, their bellini peach raspberry iced tea is my favorite treat. There’s something so flawless about the extremely basic flavor combination, which has the ideal balance of sweetness. When I made raspberry peach bubble tea the previous time, I discovered that I already had all the things in my pantry to create it.

Peach syrup, raspberry syrup, and black tea are the only three basic ingredients used in this recipe. You can definitely purchase both flavors from the shop, however I used homemade simple syrups.

The fact that this dish is so simple to scale up or down based on the number of guests is something I adore about it. The recipe serves roughly three to four people, but it’s easy to double or quadruple for a gathering. Just make sure the tea to syrup ratio is to your liking by tasting it. Feel free to add more to the iced tea if it doesn’t.

I occasionally like to liberate raspberries and peaches and use them in the drink as ice cubes to keep it chilled. It prevents the addition of extra ice cubes, which could dilute the tea.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 cups water
  • Fresh raspberries
  • 2-3 black tea bags
  • Fresh peaches (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup raspberry simple syrup
  • Ice
  • 1/4 cup peach simple syrup

Instructions

  • You may either hot brew tea (my favorite way) by bringing 4 cups of water to a boil and then brewing the tea for approximately 10 minutes before taking out the tea bags and chilling it until it’s cold, or you can cold brew it by immersing the tea bags in 4 cups of cold water for 12 to 15 hours.
  • Pour in the peach and raspberry syrups after the tea has cooled. Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour iced tea into each cup after dividing the ice among them.
  • Serve with some raspberries in the glass (optional) and a peach slice.
